Alison approaches therapy with deep empathy, warmth, and a dash of humor. She works from a person-centered and narrative foundation that honors each person’s unique experience. Alison focuses on self-compassion and our innate capacity to expand and enrich our stories of self. Her work is effective for people experiencing current or past trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, and identity concerns, amongst others. She currently works with adolescents and adults.
